They are also used in filters, buildings, electronic parts, kitchenware, and oil and fiber industry. Stainless steel wires for knitting have the mechanical properties such as elongation, tensile strength, yield strength etc. and providing good lubrication for higher productivity.
A G Universal Limited manufactures stainless steel wires for construction industry in specifications/grades of 302, 304, 316, 316 Ti, etc. Stainless steel wires for welding electrodes are also manufactured by A G Universal Limited. The diameter of such wires ranges from 1.60 mm to 5.00 mm. The commonly manufactured grades are AWS, ER308, ER308L, ER310, ER312, ER316, and ER316L. The diameter for filter wires (TIG) also ranges from 1.60 mm to 5.00 mm while MIG wires have the diameter in the range of 0.80 mm to 1.60 mm.
Stainless steel wires for cold heading are made by heat treatment. They are more suitable materials for bolts, screws and the fasteners. Our spring wires are manufactured under strict guidance of technical personnel. The diameter of spring wires ranges from 0.19 mm to 1.20 mm in bright finish and 0.50 mm to 6.00 mm matt finish (coated).
